Cyprus Tax Reform 2026

Introduction

On 22 December 2025, the Cyprus Parliament voted into law, six amending tax laws.

The relevant laws were published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus on 31 December 2025. Most of the changes are effective as from 1 January 2026.
