Payroll Administrator

Person Specification:
  • Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field;
  • Previous experience in the field of payroll;
  • Knowledge of Easysoft software will be considered an advantage;
  • Proficient in MS Office and payroll software programs;
  • A clear understanding of payroll laws, taxes and PAYE procedures;
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both in verbal and written;
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills;
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail;
  • Pleasant personality, professionalism and able to work under strict reporting deadlines.
Job Description:
  • Ensuring that client’s payroll transactions are processed efficiently;
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update client’s payroll information;
  • Handling and responding to clients about payroll related matters;
  • Liaising with the clients to enforce payroll deadlines;
  • Perform any other tasks associated with payroll administration to complete the payroll within agreed deadlines;
  • Responding to any errors in payroll by checking past records and making any salary corrections or adjustments when necessary.
A very competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications, including Provident Fund and 13th Salary will be offered to the fit candidates.  We offer a 38-hour week with Flexible working hours and Friday afternoons off.
